GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY FOR B3CC1 STARLAKE HANOI COMPLEX

(Construction) – In the morning of October 26, in Hanoi, the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the B3CC1 Hotel and Office complex Development Project was held at Starlake City Tay Ho Tay.

Attending the ceremony were: Deputy Minister of Construction Le Quang Hung; Vice Chairman of Hanoi People’s Committee Nguyen Trong Dong; Korean Ambassador in Vietnam Kim Yuin; Director of Daewoo E&C Company Beak Jeongwan; Deputy Director of KB Bank Kokmin Woo Sanghyun; JR AMC Representative Director Jang Hyun Seok; Project Director, directly managing the Starlake B3CC1 complex project Shin SeongTak; together with many representatives representing other organizations of Banking, Finance, and Securities… to contribute capital to the project.

Tay Ho Tay urban area – Starlake Hanoi is a high-class urban area located in Tay Ho Tay urban area with a full range of diverse functions such as hotel, administration, education, finance, entertainment and commerce… The project has a total area of ​​207.66 ha, located in Tay Ho Tay area.

The urban area is invested with 100% Korean capital, the design unit is Hanoi Institute of Construction Planning and representatives of Korean architecture and construction consulting companies. Therefore, Tay Ho Tay New Urban Area is not only modern but also has outstanding Korean style.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People’s Committee Nguyen Trong Dong said: This groundbreaking ceremony has special meaning when it is held on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Korea. The B3CC1 project was successfully built and soon put into operation, contributing to the local socio-economic development, bringing success to investors and contributing to the good relationship between the two countries.
