Scope of Work:
Participate in the planning and design phase of a large-scale 97-hectare residential and commercial development project in Thai Binh, focusing on infrastructure layout and compliance with applicable regulations.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with and lead design firms to ensure thorough, accurate, and compliant infrastructure plans.
• Review and identify potential issues in design documents, ensuring that local regulations and technical standards are fully integrated.
• Assess design specifications, focusing on residential and commercial site layouts, utilities (electricity, water, sewage, stormwater), roadways, landscaping, artificial lakes, and water channels.
• Provide detailed feedback on design documents to optimize the project’s infrastructure layout and preemptively address regulatory or site-specific requirements.
• Coordinate with permit authorities for approvals, including EIA from the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MORNE), Basic Design (BD) approval from the Ministry of Construction (MOC), and fire safety permits from the Ministry of Public Security (MOP).
• Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure all design-related issues are resolved promptly.
• Additional tasks as directed by the Department Manager.
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of experience in civil engineering design, especially in large-scale residential and commercial developments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken) for effective collaboration and communication.
• Strong leadership skills for coordinating design firms and internal teams.
