On the afternoon of October 10, the Provincial People’s Committee held a conference to grant the Investment Registration Certificate for the housing development project in Kien Giang new urban area, Thai Binh city. Attending the conference were comrades: Ngo Dong Hai, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Khac Than, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of the Provincial People’s Council, Provincial People’s Committee; leaders of relevant departments and branches of the province, Thai Binh city and representatives of the consortium of investors Daewoo Engineering & Construction Vietnam Co., Ltd., THT Development Co., Ltd., GIP Land Co., Ltd. and ZUP Invest Co., Ltd.

At the conference, the provincial leaders presented the decision of the Provincial People’s Committee approving the investor and presented flowers to congratulate the investors implementing the housing development project in Kien Giang new urban area, Thai Binh city.

Located in the administrative boundaries of Quang Trung, Tran Lam, Ky Ba wards and Vu Phuc, Vu Chinh communes, Thai Binh city, Thai Binh province. Kien Giang New Urban Area, with a total scale of over 96 hectares and an investment capital of nearly 400 million USD, is a testament to the province’s great potential. This project not only provides housing opportunities for more than 18,600 residents, with more than 1,400 townhouses and villas, but also includes modern high-rise buildings, commercial areas, services and synchronous social infrastructure.

The project aims to build a new urban area in Thai Binh city with synchronous technical and social infrastructure. Connecting technical infrastructure and architectural space with the surrounding area creates a modern, civilized urban face, ensuring that Thai Binh can compete with other major urban centers in the region.
