- JOB DESCRIPTION
- Position title: Sales and Marketing Manager (2 positions: 1 in HN; 1 in HCMC).
The Sales and Marketing Manager provides Vietnam real-estate market research and expertise in the oversight, enforcement, and development, sales of real-estate project.
- Location:
- Hanoi: Lot H3-CCV1, The central area of Tay Ho Tay project, Xuan Tao Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, Ha Noi, Viet Nam
- HCMC: Unit 2.2, 6th Floor, Riverbank Place, 3C Ton Duc Thang Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
- Duties and responsibilities:
- Monthly Economic and Real Estate Report or any market report when required. Market
- report include: Economic overview, Infrastructure, Supply, Demand, project analysis, project recommendation, PJ valuation… (for all sectors: housing, retail, hospitality…)
- If need, market survey of all of Vietnam.
- Review and confirm on advertisement work and contents
- Update real-estate trend of residential, commercial (office), and any related law
- Plan, manage marketing campaign for sales launching
- Sales plan strategy
- Support & review contract for sale and booking
- Sales Agent Selection for Project
- Generalized Low Rise/ APT sale (Make strategy and target, based on trend of real-estate about residential, commercial and so on)
- Manage sale staff and agency
- Review other developer’s sale method and plan
- Confirm and report on sales document (contract, regulation, any regal change)
- Overall management of the department’s annual operating plan (AOP), drive the team members to deliver the department’s overall objectives
- Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree related with position
- At least 10 years of experience in real-estate including at least 3 years’ experience in an equivalent management role.
- CBRE, Savills, JLL working experience and Ho Chi Minh/Southern real estate market working experience preferred at least 3 years
- Proficient in English
- Excellent technical knowledge in real estate, residential housing, commercial and corporate law, foreign investment
- Strong relationships with industry key players & government authorities
- Possess great analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Excellent team leadership & team development skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Organized and driven with a high-performing work ethic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
